Teamcoordinator (m/f/d) Customer Service France & UK/BeNeLux
Your responsibilities:
- As teamcoordinator you will manage, mentor and support the newly merged French and UK/BeNeLux customer service team.
- You will be the central point of contact for your team and take over professional leadership tasks and provide support the group manager with holiday planning, hours management and eventually performance reviews.
- By creating a positive work environment, coaching and training team members and identifying goals you will be able to develop the team further.
- You ensure, that the flow of work within your team and in cooperation with others is efficient and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
- Additionally, you support the team in occurring day-to-day tasks.
You bring along:
- You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training and already gained several years of experience in a customer service related position, preferably within the Powersports industry.
- Being able to organize and structure different tasks within a team and having strong leadership qualities alongside a problem-solving mindset will help you being successful in this role.
- You are experienced in using the most popular MS Office programs (especially Excel) and are familiar with using an ERP system.
- You do have a professional level of English written and spoken, any other language from the assigned countries (e.g. French, Dutch) is an asset.
- You are open-minded and communicative, but can also be strictly confidential and build strong levels of trust with people.
