Your responsibilities:

• As part of this team, you will perform complex analysis and designing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• You will be responsible for pre-analyzing and prioritizing incoming tickets based on risk and urgency, analyzing and monitoring the Business Central system and all integrations to ensure smooth operations.
• You support users in the company, perform regular database queries and help your other teammates to strive for effective solutions together.
• You will act and support the team as a technical lead analyst, take on coordinating tasks within the team and act as a mentor and trainer to your peers.
• In close cooperation with our developers, you ensure implementations are in line with transition standards.

 You bring along:

• You have extensive experience as a Support Consultant or Analyst for Dynamics Navision or Business Central products, with at least two years support experience for the latest versions.
• Effective communication, people management skills and the ability to handle technical queries are essential for this role.
• Experience in working with the Sales modules is required, while experience in Purchasing, Inventory Control and Accounting is advantageous.
• You are skilled in 1st and 3rd line support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and basic modifications, and possess knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of English round off your profile.
