Your responsibilities:

• In this role, together with your team you will be responsible for the accurate, cost-effective and timely shipment of our orders. 
• You will perform administrative tasks within the Shipping Office, which are related to service, export and planning & organization. 
• By collaborating closely with customs clearance (internal and external), loading teams, order management, and other warehouse departments you take care of optimal workflows. 
• You will handle shipping documentation, including invoice verification, delivery notes creation, World Ease registration and closure.
• Besides, you manage additional tasks including export registration, daily closing and transfer, label creation or handling of dangerous goods.  
  

 You bring along:

• You completed a training in the field of logistics or freight forwarding and already gained first work experience in this field. 
• Having knowledge in the areas of export management and handling of dangerous goods (preferably you have a certification in ADR and/or IATA) is beneficial.
• You are a hands-on person, being able to work independently and concentrated in a busy, sometime noisy, environment. 
• Besides proficiency in the common MS Office programs, you have practical application experience in ERP, warehouse management and shipping software programs. 
• In this role, an independent use of English written and spoken is mandatory; good German skills are beneficial and any additional languages are a plus.
