IT service desk specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- As an employee of our IT Service Desk, you are responsible for the capture, tracking, and assignment of all requests in the ticket system, as well as the analysis and reporting of critical incidents to the next service level.
- You are responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
- With the available resources, you also create a thorough problem analysis.
- You evaluate documented solutions, analyse trends, and support end users from all departments with their concerns.
You bring along:
- You have completed your technical training or studies, e.g., in the field of computer science, and have already gained at least one year of professional experience in a similar position.
- You also bring experience in supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 and are able to navigate or familiarize yourself with a heterogeneous environment (Windows, macOS, Linux) as needed.
- You are willing to create user documentation and train users in various areas.
- Knowledge of using JIRA Service Desk or other ticketing systems as well as experience in supporting Microsoft Business Central is advantageous.
- You bring strong communication skills in German and English, excellent organization, quick comprehension, and a team-oriented, customer-focused mindset. If you stay cool under pressure—then you're the one we're looking for!
