Immediately after the referred employee has signed his working contract, you as the recruiting employee will once receive 1 day of additional vacation on your Interflex holiday account.
After the successful probationary period of the referred employee you will furthermore receive a cash bonus in the amout of:
APPRENTICE/TRAINEE: 300€ net
HELPER: 300€ net
SKILLED WORKER: 500€ net
In addition you will receive a Parts Europe Talent Scout Polo shirt.
Important: Boni are only available for the referral of new colleagues who work at least east 20h/week and with an employment contract of at least 6 months.

After the program has proven itself, it will continue to run until further notice.

The program applies to all advertised vacancies at Parts Europe.

Anyone can be recruited - friends, acquaintances, family, except temporary employees (from temp agencies, in German: Zeitarbeitskräfte) who have already been employed with Parts Europe in the last 18 months.

All employees can participate, except HR employees, employees entrusted with recruiting tasks, Group Managers and Heads of Departments.
