Your responsibilities:

• As an Accounts Receivables Clerk (m/f/d), you will handle accounts receivable and ensure that all business transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

• In addition, you will verify and post incoming payments and reconcile accounts receivable.

• You will monitor outstanding receivables, handle the dunning process, and assist in resolving payment discrepancies.

• In addition, you will also handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment transactions, working closely with internal departments.

• You will assist with monthly and year-end closing tasks as well as with the preparation of analyses and reports.

• Furthermore, you will contribute to the optimization and further development of our accounting processes.

You bring along:

• You have successfully completed a business apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on accounting or bookkepping.

• You have professional experience in accounts receivable or a comparable position.

• In addition, you have a soft spot for numbers and financial accounting and are proficient with MS Office; experience with an ERP system is a plus

• You work carefully, in an organized manner and independently; your service-oriented approach helps you collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.

• For the cooperation in our international environmemtn , a good command of written and spoken English is needed. Knowledge of German is a plus.
