You manage projects from the initial idea through planning and implementation to successful completion, taking responsibility for scope, schedule, budget and quality.
You work closely with internal departments, stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements, define priorities and develop sustainable solutions.
Furthermore, you prepare project plans, business cases, process descriptions, functional specifications and regular project status reports.
You coordinate project meetings, workshops and implementation activities, ensuring that decisions, actions and responsibilities are clearly documented and followed up.
You identify project risks and dependencies at an early stage, develop appropriate countermeasures and communicate relevant developments to management and project stakeholders.
You support the selection, introduction and optimisation of business applications and digital solutions, including the preparation and coordination of user acceptance tests.
You assist with change management, user training and post-implementation support to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
You bring along:
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, project management or a comparable field and bring along several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or in a similar position.
You have sound experience in requirements analysis, process management and project management and are familiar with common project management methods and tools.
You are able to understand complex business contexts quickly and translate them into practical, customer-oriented solutions.
Your structured, analytical and independent way of working enables you to manage several projects and priorities at the same time.
You communicate confidently with different stakeholders, have strong presentation and moderation skills and enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have experience working with ERP systems or other business applications.
