Your responsibilities:

• In this role you support the Data Team with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks across multiple functional areas.

• Other important tasks are coordinating and preparing meetings, conferences, statistics, and reports to support daily business operations.

• You assist team leads with efficient day-to-day coordination by leveraging existing tools and identifying smarter working solutions.

• Besides that, you drive continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing process optimization ideas and projects.

• You also investigate and introduce new solutions to streamline operational workflows, including creating documentation and delivering on-the-job training to team members.

• Furthermore, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide operational back-up support during peak periods when required.

 You bring along:

• You have successfully completed a technical or commercial training and bring strong knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel). Any experience as a mechanic and technical knowledge about engines is a valuable asset.

• Experience in using Product Information Management Systems or databases is considered as an advantage.

• In order to communicate with the colleagues in our multinational team, good English skills are necessary.

• Independent and analytical thinking, structural working method, high quality awareness and capacity for teamwork help you to complete your daily tasks.

• Interest and/or knowledge of motorcycle technology, parts and accessories is a plus.
