Your responsibilities:
As a Sales Operations & Planning Specialist, you strengthen our Sales organization by acting as the central interface between Sales, Marketing, and Management, creating transparency and turning data into actions that drive sustainable growth.

Moreover, you build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for Sales Management and Country Sales Managers to improve steering and performance tracking.
You support forecasting, prioritization, and sales initiatives through structured analysis, including evaluating results and optimizing operational sales processes.
By onboarding new brands, aligning systems and commissions, and monitoring sales and marketing budgets, as well as identifying optimization potential, you help grow the business.
You collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and external partners while proactively improving tools, workflows, and structures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
You bring along:
You collected several years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Business Development, Controlling, or a similar commercial role.
You have a proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and performance management, ideally in close collaboration with Sales and Management in an international environment.
