Teamlead (m/f/d) After Sales and Technical Support
Lead the way in our After Sales and Technical Support team! Supervise returns, conduct trainings, optimize processes and drive team performance to another level!
Your responsibilities:
As Teamlead you manage, mentor and support our After Sales and Technical Support team by taking on both professional and disciplinary management tasks (e.g. vacation planning, hours management, performance management), set goals and coach individuals to support them in their professional development with a personal perspective.
To maintain a smooth and efficient way of working, you contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows. Additionally, you support the team with occurring day-to-day tasks.
You act as the central point for complex technical and aftermarket inquiries, ensuring timely resolution in line with service levels and customer expectations.
Another key task will be the supervision and management of all product returns from various sales teams, ensuring efficient and effective processing.
An important part of the role is to implement the targets and KPIs set by management, monitoring closely the performance of the team; ensuring proper follow up and putting in place appropriate countermeasures to enable the organization and the team to achieve the set goals. To provide continuous updates to management is an important aspect of the role.
You initiate and conduct training for sales department members, including REPs, on return handling, warranty and guarantee processes and develop and maintain return processes and training materials.
In collaboration with the PE claim team, you maintain optimal return rates and continuous follow up with purchasing teams (vendors).
You bring along:
You have a professional or technical education as well as in-depth knowledge of the Motorcycle and Powersports industry with its different segments (e.g. Street, Offroad, V-Twin).
Besides several years of proven sales or aftermarket experience, you have good management skills with the ability to lead and develop your team.
You can organize and structure various tasks within a team and have strong leadership skills as well as a problem-solving mindset.
You are an excellent communicator, who can listen actively; is flexible and a team player with a high level of dedication to Parts Europe, its values and philosophy.
Apart from your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you are also proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Moreover, you are fluent in English written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
