Head of Sales Department (m/f/d) - Sales Manager Europe
Passionate about seeking growth, developing effective strategies, ensuring the execution of key sales and marketing strategies? Bring your understanding of the motorcycle industry to our table!
Your responsibilities:
- The development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to expand our business across Europe while managing and tracking budgets and performance targets are your key focus.
- You collaborate with the local and overseas leadership to shape the company’s long-term vision and ensure cross-departmental alignment to achieve performance goals.
- You are responsible for the evolution of our customer network by strengthening existing and establishing new partnerships, and ensuring continuous growth and customer satisfaction.
- As the company’s public face and representative, field engagements such as media relations, industry events, vendor discussions, and press communications belong to your daily agenda.
- Through close collaboration with Group Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and the marketing team you enhance collaboration, oversee and execute impactful campaigns within your department.
You bring along:
- Over 10 years of experience in the motorcycle industry, with deep knowledge of market segments, customer needs, key vendors, and product trends across Europe are essential.
- You have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales organizations, defining structures, processes, and showing results.
- You are a proactive and inspiring person who leads by example, sets ambitious targets, and motivates teams to strive for success.
- You excel in communication, present confidently and professionally at all levels, and build strong relationships both internally and externally. With this comes a fluent command of English both written and spoken, whereas any other language is considered as an asset.
- By being results-driven and committed to Parts Europe’s values, you represent the company and the industry with professionalism and enthusiasm.
