Your responsibilities:

• You actively work in our warehouse and get to know the different areas and tasks
• Moreover you support the warehouse management with all organisational and administrative tasks
• You will be responsible for the deployment and holiday planning of the approx. 100 employees and take care of the shift planning and development
• You create and analyse reports and prepare decision papers for the warehouse management
• You take over interdepartmental projects on the topics of material flow and logistics.
• You practically apply your knowledge of "Lean Management" in the company
• You support the organisation and optimisation of warehouse processes

You bring along:

• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on logistics or a similar training course
• Professional experience is not required, but first stations as a working student/intern would be advantageous
• You have knowledge in the area of lean management and can apply it practically
• You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
• You have strong analytical and organisational skills
• You are a strong communicator, both in German (C1) and English
• You work independently, are solution-oriented and have a high willingness to learn
