Teamlead (m/f/d) Sales Central and Eastern Europe

For the further support of our Sales Team, we are looking for a:

Teamlead* Sales Central and Eastern Europe  

at our headquarters in Wasserliesch (Germany), close to Trier


Your responsibilities at Parts Europe:

  • As teamlead you will manage, mentor and support the sales team Central and Eastern Europe
  • You will be the central point of contact for your team and take over professional as well as disciplinary leadership tasks including holiday planning, hours management and performance reviews
  • By creating a positive work environment, coaching and training team members and identifying goals you will be able to develop the team further
  • You ensure, that the flow of work within your team and in cooperation with others is efficient and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
  • Additionally, you support the team in occurring day-to-day tasks

You bring along:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical training and already gained several years of experience in a sales related position, preferably within the powersports industry
  • Being able to organize and structure different tasks within a team and having strong leadership qualities alongside a problem-solving mindset will help you being successful in this role
  • You are experienced in using the most popular MS Office programs (especially Excel) and are familiar with using an ERP system
  • A professional level of English written and spoken is mandatory for this role, knowledge of any other European language is seen as an asset
  • You are open-minded and communicative, but can also be strictly confidential and build strong levels of trust with people
