For the further support of our sales department, we are looking for a:

Sales Clerk* Backoffice

at our headquarters in Wasserliesch (near Trier, Germany)

 

Your responsibilities at Parts Europe:

  • You are the first point of contact for our internal and external sales teams and support them via phone or email with their questions regarding sales administration
  • An important task in this role will be the creation of reports and statistics as well as maintaining the flow of information between different stakeholders within the company
  • You will inform colleagues about new sales processes and coordinate training for different teams and newcomers to the organization
  • Planning, creating and promoting our sales programs as well as taking care, that these are well received by our customers is part of your daily business
  • Additionally, you coordinate the distribution of our catalogs, the creation and distribution of our weekly sales newsletter and the correct delivery of those

You bring along:

  • You have completed a commercial training (e.g. as wholesale and foreign trade clerk*, industrial clerk* or office management clerk*) and already gained first experience in a similar position
  • Your strengths include good organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, and an eye for detail
  • A good level of English written and spoken helps you in the daily communication within our international business
  • You are experienced in using the most popular MS Office programs (especially Excel) and are familiar with using an ERP system
  • Besides, you are open-minded and communicative and able to work independently
