For the support of our Shipping Office-Team we are seeking for the next possible entrance date a

Logistics clerk* for the late shift (1:30 PM to 10.30 PM)

at the location: Wasserliesch/Trier


Your responsibilities at Parts Europe:

  • As a commercial clerk* in the field of shipping, your main tasks include the processing of national and international shipping and procurement orders.
  • You create shipping documents and export documents.
  • Also, the inspection of freight invoices from the different logistics companies is part of your responsibilities.
  • You take care of the reclamation processing and claims settlement of the parcels sent by us as well as the correspondence with contractual partners
    and haulage companies.

You bring along:

  • You have a successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk* or a comparable commercial training as well as
    several years of job experience in the field of logistics or shipping.
  • In addition, you have experience in dealing with dangerous goods transports (ADR and IATA certification are of advantage) and knowledge in export.
  • You have great organizational skills and you work in a structured and goal oriented way.
  • Good EDP skills (MS Office, Atlas, VLog – NAV and WAMAS) help you with your daily work.
  • The times of the shift from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm are no problem for you, working part time is also possible.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is necessary for working together in our international team.
