To support our team, we are seeking for a:

Head of Department/ Manager Business Systems* 

at the location: Wasserliesch/Trier


Your responsibilities at Parts Europe:

  • Ensuring a stable functionality of the core systems that are decisive for our business success
  • Development and implementation of new business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity (in cooperation with our team of business analysts and project managers)
  • Participation in the development and formulation of the company’s IT strategy
  • Analysis of potential solutions to be prepared for future requirements
  • Negotiations and cooperation with external providers of services and systems
  • Supporting the budget process
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from other departments to understand the needs of system users

You bring along:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in software development, coding and/or business analysis
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in planning, managing and developing software solutions
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Business Central, as well as knowledge of web development and the interaction of web applications and ERP systems
  • Management experience with the right balance between supporting and challenging employees
  • The understanding that system solutions are a service for the users and that more can be achieved for the company in cooperation with all departments
  • Experienced in software lifecycle management and mid to long term strategies
  • Very good knowledge of English
