For the further support of our Event Team, we are looking for an:

Event Coordinator* 

at our headquarters in Wasserliesch (Germany), close to Trier


Your responsibilities at Parts Europe:

  • You will be responsible for planning, implementing and post-processing internal and external events, such as international trade-fair appearances,
    different motorsports events etc.
  • Together with your team you will prepare big projects such as the Parts Europe booth at EICMA (Milan), but also organize smaller events independently on your own
  • Besides you take care of presentations, event reports and to-do lists as well as travel and hotel bookings and the selection, commission and supervision of service providers and contractors without losing track of budget allowances and timelines
  • During the events, you are the first point of contact onsite for all arising questions and make sure that everything runs smoothly
  • Afterwards you will evaluate and analyze the events to optimize profitability, resource management and processes

You bring along:

  • You have completed your training or studies in the field of event management and have already gained some practical work experience there.
  • Great organizational skills, as well as an eye for detail, helps you to deliver the best results possible.You are open-minded and communicative and also able to keep cool in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken are necessary for this position, additional languages are beneficial.
  • Furthermore, you like traveling to events within Germany and Europe, also on the weekends, to support your colleagues onsite.
