For the support of our Sales Team we are seeking for the next possible entrance date an:

Customer Service & Sales Agent * for Central and Eastern Europe

at our headquarters in Wasserliesch (Germany)


Your responsibilities at Parts Europe:

  • You are the first point of contact via phone or e-mail for our B2B customers in Central and Eastern Europe
  • Acting as their competent partner and supporting them with technical advice as well as taking care of all concerns that may arise during the ordering or delivery process is part of your daily business
  • Your duties also include the acceptance of orders by phone and e-mail and the processing in our ERP system
  • Servicing our already registered dealers is your focus, but you also help to win new customers and interest them in a cooperation with Parts Europe

You bring along:

  • You already have some first job experience in the fields of customer service, customer support or inside sales
  • Having a good knowledge about the powersports industry (especially about motorcycles), its different segments, products and parts helps you making our customers happy
  • A professional level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role, additionally you are fluent in at least one other Eastern European language (e.g. Polish, Czech, Hungarian)
  • You are open-minded, communicative and have a distinct service and customer orientation
  • Good knowledge of the most popular MS Office programs (Word, Excel) is necessary for this position, experience in using an ERP system is seen as advantage
