Business Central Support Analyst

at the location: Wasserliesch/Trier or remote


Your responsibilities at Parts Europe:

  • As Business Central Support Analyst* you are part of a team that supports implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • You are responsible for the customer support, and you are the first point of contact for customer queries and issues.
  • Your daily tasks include the research and resolution of customer issues promptly and effectively as well as the prioritization of tickets in adherence
    to strict Service Level Agreements.
  • You escalate queries to senior members when necessary and assist the NAV Application Manager with reporting duties as required.

You bring along:

  • You bring work experience as a Support Consultant and/or Analyst for Dynamics Navision or Business Central products as well as at least two
    years support experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV last versions.
  • To be able to handle the daily tasks a strong background in a customer-facing role paired with the ability to handle technical queries is
  • Experience in working with Sales is necessary, experience in working with Purchasing, Inventory Control and Accounting is an advantage.
  • You bring experience in 1st and 3rd line support, with troubleshooting, debugging and basic modifications as well as knowledge in supporting
    D3657BC (NAV).
  • Very good communication skills and a good command of English complete your profile.
